The following definitions apply in these terms and conditions:

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all Offers, Orders and Agreements, unless explicitly indicated otherwise by Original Home.
By placing an Order you accept the applicability of the then current General Terms and Conditions.

Offers
All Offers by Original Home are mere invitations to you to order Products. Any prices and descriptions made or referred to on the Online shop are subject to availability and do not constitute a binding offer. An Order placed by you constitutes an offer by you to Original Home to purchase Products and is subject to Original Home;s subsequent acceptance. Original Home acceptance of your Order takes effect and the Agreement is concluded at the point where such Order is either expressly accepted by Original Home or accepted by Original Home by way of shipping all or part of your Order. All Offers are subject to availability and valid for the term mentioned by the online shop. When the term of an Offer has expired you can no longer make use of such Offer.

Orders
You can place your Orders by following the procedure indicated by the online shop.
Original Home does not accept Orders:

Original Home reserves the right to refuse Orders on grounds other than those mentioned above; in addition, Original Home can apply special conditions to the fulfillment of the Agreement.
Should Original home decide not to accept an Order or wish to apply special conditions to the fulfillment of the Agreement, Original Home will give notice thereof within 10 business days after receipt of the Order.

Agreement
An Agreement will not become binding and enforceable until Original Home has confirmed your Order per email.

4.1 Product prices shown by this Online shop at the moment of placing your Order will apply.
4.2 Prices are in Euro’s, inclusive of VAT (BTW), ex. Shipping costs unless indicated or agreed upon otherwise.
4.3 Original Home reserves the right to change the prices of the Products, especially if this is the result of statutory regulations or fluctuations in the financial market over which Original Home has no influence.
4.4 Shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and volume/weight of your order.
4.5 ShopOriginalhome.nl only delivers to The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

The indication of delivery time and shipping rates:

5.1 The purchase price, including any additional costs, can be paid using several payment methods. Original Home however reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.

Creditcard
5.2 By selecting payment by credit card you authorize Original Home to check the validity of your credit card and to verify whether your credit limit suffices for payment of the purchase price and to reserve the amount of the purchase price.
5.3 Payment per credit card takes place immediately after the Products ordered by you are dispatched from our Warehouse. At this moment Original home will debit your credit card through a secure method.

6.1 Original Home will deliver the purchased Products as soon as possible at the address indicated by you when placing your Order. All Products are generally in stock. It may however be possible that a Product is temporarily out of stock. If an Order accepted by Original Home cannot be delivered in whole or in part, Original Home will notify you within 2 business days after your Order was placed. In this case, Original home is entitled to dissolve the Agreement.
6.2 The delivery periods indicated by the Online shop are merely indicative.
6.3 Original home is not liable for damages in case of late delivery.
6.4 Due to the handmade nature of our products, the cooperation with fair trade producers in remote areas of 3rd world countries and the influence of nature, articles can be temporarily out of stock. When a product is out of stock, we will inform you and indicate an expected stock date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

7.1 Original Home maintains ownership of the Products delivered to you until you have paid any and all amounts outstanding to Original Home.

8.1 For all your purchases a withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt of the Products applies. Within this period you may return the products without giving reasons. Please note that this only applies for unused and undamaged Products. Products have to be returned in their original packaging and in the original shipping box. In addition, you should enclose the completed return form.
8.2 Original Home shall refund payments for returned Products to you within 10 business days after receipt of such Products by Original Home. Please follow the return policy to return your item(s).

9.1 You are obligated to inspect delivered Products upon receipt. Should the Products not be as ordered (e.g. not the correct size/incorrect color/incorrect heel height) you are to report this immediately to Original home’s customer services department in writing. Incorrect products should be returned immediately after receipt, accompanied by a description of the reason of the return. We will refund your return shipping costs.

10.1 In the event that one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Original Home in conflict with applicable provisions of mandatory law then the relevant provision will be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision which as closely as possible resembles Original Home’s initial intent.
10.2 Original Home reserves the right to make amendments to these General Terms and Conditions.
10.3 The Terms and Conditions as shown on this Online shop at the time of conclusion of an Agreement will apply to such Agreement. You can print these from the Online shop during or prior to the order procedure.
10.4 Our products are handmade from natural materials. Therefore the products may vary in size, shape and colour. This is part of our conscious lifestyle concept. We consider this part of the charm.
10.5 Because of the use of natural materials and the handcrafted process, our products can be more fragile compared to machine made articles from synthetic origin. Handle with care. The products of originalhome are not suitable for children. Please follow the care instructions on our website www.originalhome.nl.
10.6 We are not liable for damage that you may suffer as a result of the use of a product, unless that damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be limited to the amount of the products ordered and paid. You agree to indemnify originalhome (and its employees and representatives) of any damage (including court costs) that may arise from the use of the products.
10.7 We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer displays difference in colour compared to the physical product itself.

11.1 please contact us at customer@originalhome.nl. In order to properly assess the claim or complaint, please describe the claim or complaint clearly and if applicable send pictures of the product by email. We will contact you with a suitable solution within 14 days.

12.1 These General Terms and Conditions and all Agreements or other legal obligations between the parties are subject to the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of the Netherlands shall have non-exclusive competence in the event of any conflict hereunder or otherwise.
