Returns

If you are not satisfied with the items you can rely on the 14-day return policy.

When returning an item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following conditions apply for returns:

• The article is complete, not used or damaged and (as far as possible) in the original packaging.
• The Return Form must be filled out and added to the product you want to return.
• Ship your package back to us through a parcel point near you (keep the shipping receipt).

• Exchange for other products is not possible, we will refund the order amount once the item is returned.
• You will be refunded by bank transfer, within 14 days of Originalhome receiving the returned item.
• The shipping costs for returns fall on the buyer of the products, not on Originalhome.
• Handle the item you want to return with care.

In case of wrongly delivered articles or missing articles, please notify Originalhome as soon as possible after receipt at myorder@originalhome.nl. Products need to be unopened, undamaged and in original packaging. Wrongly delivered articles can be returned at our cost. In this case, the correct items will be sent to you as soon as possible.

In rare cases, products may be damaged during transportation. Should there be a problem, please contact us as soon as possible via myorder@originalhome.nl. To properly assess the damage, we like to receive a clear picture of the damaged product(s) by email. We will contact you with a suitable solution.

Despite every effort that we make to meet your needs, it can occur that you still have a complaint about our services. You can file a complaint by e-mail at myorder@originalhome.nl. We will review the complaint and attempt to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction. If it relates to an order, please mention your order ID number and where applicable the article number.
