What is the origin of the products?
Our suppliers are located in Java, Indonesia; Bangladesh and Zanzibar, Tanzania. Find out more about our Makers.
How do I change my username and password?
You can change your password in the section “Account details” of My account. Unfortunately it is not possible to change your username. Alternatively you can use your email address. Your email address can be changed via your account details.
